Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but realize that sometimes online shopping does not meet expectations. We trust the following policies for returns and refunds will give you confidence to continue shopping with us.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have up to 30 full days to return any product you are not happy with, no questions asked. Well, maybe we will ask questions, as we want to learn what we can to avoid this in the future! Our only requirement is that your item be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and that you return it to us in the original packaging. And we'll need that receipt to verify the purchase.

Oops, ordered the wrong item? We are happy to exchange it for another item. Just return the first to us in new condition within 30 days, with the request for the item you would like instead. We will contact you to arrange payment or refund if there is a difference in cost.

Sorry, no returns on any discounted items. Any items that are returned damaged, whether from use, or damage by return shipper, can not be refunded.

USA Customers: To return your product, use USPS only to ship to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items should be packed appropriately to prevent damage in transit. You might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
